When I got to my vet appointment I saw that I had blown a tire on my trailer. The US Rider Customer Service person was polite, asked if me and my horse were OK, she would get a truck out immediately to change the tire and would check back with me when they were on their way. She called me back in @ 10 mins and the truck was there before my appointment was over!

USRider associates provided excellent communications and concern about my breakdown. They understood I didn't want to be waiting on the side of a road in the middle of nowhere in 30 degree weather. The tow was set up so I could wait at a visitor center, the driver was very nice and waited for me to get in my vehicle and drive to the breakdown. He also checked on the straps of the camper on the tow vehicle and checked on my ability to keep driving late at night. Very courteous!

We slid off the road into a ditch and hit a wall of boulders. Luckily I was able to avoid 3 other crashed vehicles that were already across the road. US Rider was a blessing to get us towed out of the ditch and on our way home.
